Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your access to and use of SHIPVORO™, including our website, platform, tools, and related services.

Effective September 20, 2026

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," purchasing a service, or using any part of SHIPVORO™ (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SHIPVORO™, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies that apply to specific services.

If you are using SHIPVORO™ on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2.What SHIPVORO™ Is

SHIPVORO™ is a shipping, logistics, and digital technology platform designed to provide users with tools for shipment management, tracking, tracking-code management, customer communication, document services, and related digital solutions.

Depending on the services available, SHIPVORO™ may provide tools for creating shipment records, managing tracking information, generating tracking identifiers, building customer-support pages, sending emails, creating documents, selling digital documents, and accessing customized digital solutions.

Some SHIPVORO™ features and tools may generate simulated, sample, demonstration, or digitally created content. Such features may include, but are not limited to, customer-support website tools, email-sending tools, document-generation or document-selling tools, tracking demonstrations, templates, and other digital-content services.

Simulated or generated content is provided for legitimate purposes such as demonstrations, testing, design, development, training, business workflows, creative projects, and other lawful uses.

Simulated or generated content must not be represented as genuine when it is not genuine. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that content they create, send, sell, publish, or distribute is accurate and lawful and does not mislead another person or organization.

SHIPVORO™ is a technology platform. Unless a particular service expressly states otherwise, SHIPVORO™ does not itself operate as a carrier, courier, customs authority, postal service, bank, payment processor, government agency, or other third-party organization.

References to third-party courier, shipping, technology, or other brands are for identification, compatibility, comparison, or service-related purposes only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement.

3.Simulated Content and Digital Tools

Certain SHIPVORO™ tools may allow users to create or manage simulated, sample, demonstration, or digitally generated content.

Examples may include:

  • Support Page Websites: Tools for creating customer-support or informational websites for demonstrations, business workflows, testing, or other legitimate purposes.
  • Email-Sending Tools: Tools that allow users to compose and send emails or other digital communications through supported services.
  • Document Tools: Tools for creating, formatting, selling, or distributing digital documents and related materials.
  • Tracking Demonstrations: Tools that may allow users to demonstrate or test shipment-tracking experiences.
  • Templates and Digital Content: Templates, mock-ups, examples, and other generated digital materials.

These tools are intended for legitimate and lawful purposes.

Users must not use simulated or generated content to falsely represent that a transaction, shipment, payment, delivery, communication, document, authorization, or other event actually occurred when it did not.

Where content could reasonably be mistaken for genuine, users are responsible for making its simulated, demonstration, sample, or otherwise non-genuine nature clear.

SHIPVORO™ may restrict, remove, or terminate access to simulated-content features where we reasonably believe they are being used for fraud, deception, impersonation, abuse, or other prohibited activity.

4.Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SHIPVORO™ complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you, your business, your shipments, your communications, and any person or organization receiving content generated through the Service.

You must not knowingly enter false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized shipment information.

SHIPVORO™ does not guarantee that information supplied by users, third-party carriers, integrations, or external systems will always be complete, accurate, or available.

Where shipment information is obtained from a third-party carrier or service provider, the availability and accuracy of that information may depend on the third party.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand elements belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, SHIPVORO™ is independent of and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party brand referenced on the platform.

Nothing on SHIPVORO™ should be interpreted as creating a partnership, agency relationship, authorization, or endorsement where none exists.

Prices, applicable fees, service limits, and payment terms will be presented before purchase where applicable.

16.Cooperation With Authorities

SHIPVORO™ may cooperate with valid legal processes, court orders, regulatory requirements, and lawful requests from law-enforcement or other authorized authorities.

Where legally permitted, we may provide relevant account information, transaction records, usage information, or other information necessary to comply with such requests or investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

17.Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHIPVORO™ provides the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or available at all times.

We also do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of information originating from third-party carriers, integrations, or external systems.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHIPVORO™ and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

19.Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SHIPVORO™, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of applicable law.
  • Your violation of another person's or organization's rights.
  • Content or information you submit through the Service.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that the claim resulted from SHIPVORO™'s own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.

20.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

When we make significant changes, we may provide notice through the platform, website, email, or another appropriate method.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised version. Continued use of SHIPVORO™ after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

22.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to SHIPVORO™ and its operations, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights and other laws that apply to you.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue the remedies and dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law.
